Pediatrics and pulmonology specialist

Dr. Rade Kaluđerović is a dedicated pediatrician and pulmonology specialist with a focus on improving children’s health, especially in treating respiratory conditions. Over the years, he has contributed significantly to the development of pediatric care in Montenegro.

Education

  • He began his medical studies in 1993 and graduated in 2000 from the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University.
  • In 2002, after having his degree recognized by the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade, he began his specialization in pediatrics.
  • The first two years of his residency were completed at the Institute for Children’s Diseases, Clinical Center of Montenegro, in Podgorica.
  • The final two years were completed at the Institute for Mother and Child, Belgrade.
  • In 2008, he pursued a subspecialization in pulmonology at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade, completing it in 2010.

Professional experience:

  • Since 2001, Dr. Kaluđerović has worked as a clinical physician at the Institute for Children’s Diseases, Clinical Center of Montenegro, in Podgorica.
  • In 2006, he began working as a pediatrician in the Intensive Care Unit at the same institution.
  • He participated in the Montenegro-USA collaboration program aimed at improving emergency medicine in Montenegro, where he worked with doctors from the Pediatric Emergency Department of New York Children’s Hospital at Columbia University.
  • Since 2010, he has been practicing as a pediatrics and pulmonology specialist at the private healthcare clinic “Milmedika,” which he owns.

Dr. Kaluđerović is fluent in Russian and English. He is married and has three children.
