Dr. Nelica Ivanović, a pediatric specialist and subspecialist in clinical neurophysiology with a focus on epileptology, is dedicated to diagnosing and treating neurological disorders in children. With years of experience and an individualized approach, she uses modern diagnostic methods to provide the best possible healthcare for her youngest patients.

Education

  • She passed her pediatric specialization exam in 2015 at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade, with excellent results.
  • She completed her subspecialization in clinical neurophysiology with epileptology in 2019.
  • She is currently a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Novi Sad, where she is working on her dissertation in the field of neurology.

Experience

  • Since 2009, she has been employed at the Department of Neurology with Epileptology at the Institute for Children’s Diseases, Clinical Center of Montenegro (KCCG) in Podgorica, where she focuses on diagnosing and treating a wide range of neurological disorders in children.
  • She has been a teaching associate for the subject of Pediatrics at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Montenegro, since the 2016/2017 academic year.

  • Member of the International League Against Epilepsy.
  • Member of the National Expert Advisory Body for Immunization since 2017.
  • Member of the global SMA NBS study group.

She actively participates in scientific congresses and conferences both nationally and internationally, with her research published in reputable international journals.
